If you would like to make a gift to Austcare in your will, we suggest you use one of the following provisions:
Bequest to Austcare − Residue of Estate / Sum and / or Percentage
I GIVE to Austcare (ABN 87 001 251 930) currently of 69 − 71 Parramatta Road, Camperdown, NSW 2050:
1.1 the residue of my estate; or
1.2 [ ]% residue of my estate; or
1.3 the sum of $[ ]; or
1.4 [ ]% of my estate.
for general purposes. I DIRECT that the receipt of the Chief Financial Officer of the above organisation shall be a good and sufficient discharge of my trustee[s] / executor[s]. I DIRECT if at the date of my death any of the organisation[s] named in this [will / clause] [have/has] ceased to exist or [have/has] amalgamated with another organisation, or [have / has] changed its' name, the gift to [that / those] organisation[s] shall not fail but my trustee[s] / executor[s] shall pay such share to such successor[s] or corresponding organisation[s] as my trustee[s] / executors shall decide most nearly fulfils the organisation[s] that I intend to benefit.
Bequest to AUSTCARE − Part of Your Property
I give [the residue of my estate/ my whole estate to my trustee[s] / executor[s] UPON TRUST for [ name of trustee[s] / executor[s] ] to divide the balance thereof into [ ] equal [parts / shares] and to distribute those [parts /shares] for the general purposes of the [charity/charities] as follows:
