 Your bequest to Austcare is an investment in the future. It will bring about enduring improvements to the lives of people most affected by poverty, natural disaster, conflict and landmines, and the generations following them.

Austcare is an Australian humanitarian aid and development organisation that is non-profit, non-sectarian and non-political. Since 1967, Austcare has worked in more than 30 countries to bring lasting improvements to the lives of the poorest and most vulnerable. We aim to help communities reclaim their independence and security, recover their own means to provide for themselves and develop their own opportunities. Our bequest program has long been a vital source of funds for our programs overseas, and has provided for critical assistance to countless people in dire need.

If you have already left a gift in your Will to Austcare but have not informed us, please do let us know. Informing Austcare of your bequest to the organisation allows us to plan our future programs, and to recognise your generous support in your lifetime. All people considering a legacy to Austcare in their will are invited to join the Austcare Companions Club. Austcare Companions are those bequest guarantors that have chosen to allow us to honour them during their lifetimes by listing them on the Austcare Companions Club Honour Roll, which is permanently displayed at our Sydney Head Office and at key Austcare events such as our annual Public Forum and AGM. The Companions Club involves no contributions or obligations, but offers members more personalised communication, exclusive periodical events and recognition of their generous support (unless such recognition is not desired).
